We are located at 2201 North Rodney Parham Road. Once you enter the building, please take the elevator to the second floor where our receptionist will greet you.

What if I don't have health insurance?
We will be happy to assist with you with all of your healthcare needs. If you do not have health coverage through one of the various insurance providers we work with, we do offer cash pay services as well. If this is your preference, plesase speak with our receptionist for more information.
